so for example, in my map rotation i want to play Dark Carnival Highway as vanilla Left 4 Dead but map 2 I want to play with a particular mutation in place. I have created some custom mutations that I want to play on certain maps. is there a reason why I shouldn't use the dedicated server tool in the Steam tools menu? Instead the want you to use Steam console and go through a hugely complex set up process.

This seems easy to download and set up a map rotation. There's a L4D2 Dedicated server tool in the tools section of Steam. I'm setting up a dedicated server for me and some friends and I'm getting confused about a few things. There isnвЂ™t much to say here, just donвЂ™t be an ass or harass people.
